Concluding her career in the fitness industry at the age of 25, she transitioned to the real estate sector, obtaining her CT real estate license in December 2020. Her inaugural year as an agent saw impressive accomplishments, including ranking among the top 100 agents in CT on HomeSnap and achieving a six-figure income.
Subsequent to three years in real estate, she assumed an ownership position in a CT -based real estate brokerage. Additionally, Karly derives great satisfaction from guiding and nurturing agents/ investors who aspire to advance in their personal and professional pursuits.
Noteworthy is her significant success in personal investing, particularly in multifamily, culminating in her attainment of millionaire status at the age of 28 . Within 18 months, she accumulated ownership of 150 doors, with ongoing expansion in Oklahoma, Texas , and Mississippi. Karly's expertise encompasses real estate sales, asset acquisition and disposition, private capital raising, coaching, and investment strategy.
